1. Physical, Olivia Newton-John – I know, but I honestly loved her
2. Eye Of The Tiger, Survivor – strongly detest this song
3. I Love Rock N’ Roll, Joan Jett and The Blackhearts – before the whiners, we had Joan Jett and Pat Benatar and Blondie…
4. Ebony And Ivory, Paul McCartney and Stevie Wonder – nice idea, bad song
5. Centerfold, J. Geils Band – Despite the topic, my friends and I used to sing this in the car… a little like “Bohemian Rhapsody” only not nearly as fun.
6. Don’t You Want Me, Human League – Not a fave, but catchy
7. Jack And Diane, John Cougar – Little ditty, still like it
8. Hurts So Good, John Cougar – Good mood music
9. Abracadabra, Steve Miller Band – Gonna reach out and grab ya
10. Hard To Say I’m Sorry, Chicago – like some of Chicago, not this one
11. Tainted Love, Soft Cel – Same family as “Hurts so Good”
12. Chariots Of Fire, Vangelis – Dislike immensely
13. Harden My Heart, Quarterflash – Fun to sing – power song
14. Rosanna, Toto – OK, like other songs of theirs more, “99” “Africa”
15. I Can’t Go For That, Daryl Hall and John Oates – No-o-oooh, no can do
16. 867-5309 (Jenny), Tommy Tutone – Bad topic, great song
17. Key Largo, Bertie Higgins – Feel good tune
18. You Should Hear How She Talks About You, Melissa Manchester – don’t remember it
19. Waiting For A Girl Like You, Foreigner – loved it then, still ok
20. Don’t Talk To Strangers, Rick Springfield – don’t remember the song, not a big fan of the artist
21. The Sweetest Thing, Juice Newton – Juice Newton – name always irritated me as much as the music
22. Always On My Mind, Willie Nelson – easily Willie Nelson’s worst song
23. Shake It Up, Cars – Love all songs by The Cars – “Candy-O” and “Moving in Stereo” are my faves
24. Let It Whip, Dazz Band – No recollection of song or artist
25. We Got The Beat, Go-Go’s – Happy girl girl music
26. The Other Woman, Ray Parker Jr. – ick
27. Turn Your Love Around, George Benson – sappy
28. Sweet Dreams, Air Supply – Ok, for Air Supply
29. Only The Lonely, Motels – Love the Motels, her voice is phenomenal
30. Who Can It Be Now?, Men At Work – Like “Down Under” better
31. Hold Me, Fleetwood Mac – Love Fleetwood Mac, was listening more to “Tusk”
32. Eye In The Sky, Alan Parsons Project – Loved to listen to Alan Parsons Project, although preferred “Old and Wise” (good for playing on the piano when depressed)
33. Let’s Groove, Earth, Wind and Fire – don’t remember the song
34. Open Arms, Journey – just never liked Journey that much
35. Leader Of The Band, Dan Fogelberg – Not one of his better ones
36. Leather And Lace, Stevie Nicks and Don Henley – it was the theme song of female potheads – still, like it a lot
37. Even The Nights Are Better, Air Supply – silly, and reminds me of the “Arthur” theme (once in your life you find her / even the nights are better – same melody)
38. I’ve Never Been To Me, Charlene – nope
39. ’65 Love Affair, Paul Davis – Don’t remember it.. hum a few bars?
40. Heat Of The Moment, Asia – never cared for it
41. Take It Easy On Me, Little River Band – one of their worst
42. Pac-man Fever, Buckner and Garcia – no memory of it, crossing it out on principle
43. That Girl, Stevie Wonder – I assume he’s not referring to Marlo Thomas?
44. Private Eyes, Daryl Hall and John Oates – I preferred “Maneater”
45. Trouble, Lindsey Buckingham – Pretty good
46. Making Love, Roberta Flack – ick
47. Love’s Been A Little Bit Hard On Me, Juice Newton – double ick
48. Young Turks, Rod Stewart – love Rod Stewart, don’t remember this one
49. Freeze-frame, J. Geils Band – good times with Nork, but I think of Talking Heads and Dire Straits even more.
50. Keep The Fire Burnin’, REO Speedwagon – lump them in with Air Supply -trash pop
51. Do You Believe In Love, Huey Lewis and The News – good time group, but not best song
52. Cool Night, Paul Davis – I don’t even remember the artist
53. Caught Up In You, 38 Special – Ok
54. Why Do Fools Fall In Love?, Diana Ross – Not her best
55. Love In The First Degree, Alabama – Not their best either
56. Hooked On Classics, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra Yeah, I know, but it was fun.
57. Wasted On The Way, Crosby, Stills and Nash – never did a bad song
58. Think I’m In Love, Eddie Money – Ok
59. Love Is In Control, Donna Summer – on her downswing
60. Personally, Karla Bonoff – nope
61. One Hundred Ways, Quincy Jones – sappy enough to have been a new Disney song
62. Blue Eyes, Elton John – even more sappy
63. Our Lips Are Sealed, Go-Go’s – fun girl stuff
64. You Could Have Been With Me, Sheena Easton – not this song
65. You Can Do Magic, America – no thanks
66. Did It In A Minute, Daryl Hall and John Oates – nope
67. I Ran, A Flock Of Seagulls – loved it – easy to make fun of, but loved it
68. Somebody’s Baby, Jackson Browne – yawn
69. Oh No, Commodores – not their best
70. Take It Away, Paul McCartney – take it away, for sure
71. It’s Gonna Take A Miracle, Deneice Williams – yikes
72. Love Will Turn You Around, Kenny Rogers – don’t like him at all
73. Don’t Stop Believin’, Journey – ok, but I never listened to it
74. Comin’ In And Out Of Your Life, Barbra Streisand – one of her worst songs
75. Gloria, Laura Branigan – excellent
76. Empty Garden, Elton John – prefer “Daniel”, “Philadelphia Freedom”
77. Yesterday’s Songs, Neil Diamond – prefer “Shiloh”, “Forever in Blue Jeans”, “Hello Again”
78. Crimson And Clover, Joan Jett and The Blackhearts – wonderful song
79. Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic, Police – loved all their songs
80. Here I Am, Air Supply – again with Air Supply – what a rotten year
81. I Keep Forgettin’, Michael Mcdonald – I can’t even remember forgetting it
82. Get Down On It, Kool and The Gang – kind of fun
83. Any Day Now, Ronnie Milsap – sappy Milsap
84. Make A Move On Me, Olivia Newton-John I just loved Olivia, what can I say? It’s a personal quirk.
85. Take My Heart, Kool and The Gang – nah
86. Mirror Mirror, Diana Ross – not a great year
87. Vacation, Go-Go’s – we were really waiting for Cyndy Lauper
88. (Oh) Pretty Woman, Van Halen – ok, but I preferred their cover of “You Really Got Me”
89. Should I Do It, Pointer Sisters – nope
90. Hot In The City, Billy Idol – preferred “Rebel Yell” and “White Wedding”
91. Kids In America, Kim Wilde – no recollection
92. Man On Your Mind, Little River Band – prefered “Reminiscing” and “Lady”
93. What’s Forever For, Michael Murphy – icky
94. Waiting On A Friend, Rolling Stones – good song, not in their top ten
95. Do I Do, Stevie Wonder – ok
96. Working For The Weekend, Loverboy – I like it more now because of a Saturday Night Live skit
97. Goin’ Down, Greg Guidry
98. Arthur’s Theme, Christopher Cross – Actually I hate this song, but every once in a while it pops into my head, so there must be something interesting about it.
99. Through The Years, Kenny Rogers – I just really dislike Kenny Rogers
100. Edge Of Seventeen, Stevie Nicks Stevie Nicks is a goddess
