They need donations, new items, and volunteers.
Last month they brought over 6,000 meals to hungry men and women living on the city streets and under freeway bridges, sent over 300 hundred children to City of Refuge day camps and overnight camps, distributed 4 semi-truckloads of food and household goods to 40 partner ministries, gave 250 sets of clothing and personal care items to individuals and partner ministries in need, got 20 men and women into addiction recovery programs, and more – with the help of 300 volunteers from 44 churches and ministries who joined hands and hearts with City of Refuge staff to make it happen.
What’s happening in your town for “the least of these, my brothers” – the last, the forgotten?
