Not the Way to Rank at Technorati
I noticed that my reputation points had gone up at Technorati, so I took a quick look to see why there was suddenly a little bit of a surge in sites linking to me.
I laughed out loud. Evidently, you can’t use the word “impotence” anymore. My blog post “Bush Loyalists Admit Impotence” got picked up by a bunch of junk sites.
You can imagine.

You probably already know this but several of my online friends have begun inserting aste*risks in words like impo*tence, celebrity names, etc.
I put asterisks in two of those words and they went to all italic instead.
Oh well. It works in blogger and gmail.
Sorry about the asterisk thing. WordPress seems to use some of these things as a shorthand for formatting. Maybe I could do something else…
The biggest single search term for Reconstitution remains “ass.” And you read it, so you know why.
Our highlighting of GOPperverts also gets us quite a few interesting searches.
